Rudy-Shop.eu delivers from own stock as well as stock kept in the warehouses of various suppliers.

The delivery delay starts at the time we receive your payment

The swimming pool business is a seasonal business, and as such unforeseen out-of-stock situations can occur.

In case of a out-of-stock situation, we try to provide an alternative such as a product with the same characteristics but a from different supplier or manufacturer.

Seasonal products can run out of stock due to an unexpected increase of demand, as can be the case during periods of exceptional good weather.

Products, which we keep in stock ourselves, will be delivered 2-5 days after receiving the payment.

Products shipped by our suppliers directly, will be delivered – depending on the product – 3 days till 2 weeks after receiving the payment.
Ordering at Zwembad.eu is very easy. In 5 steps you will have placed your order.

Step 1: Shopping
If you have found a product that you want to order, click on the icon ‘buy’. You can add the product to your shopping cart and check the content of it in the right top corner of the website.
If you want to increase or decrease the quantity of items in your cart, change the quantity and press the update button. The quantity will be changed.
If you want to remove an item from the shopping cart, place a check mark in the box before the item and click on the update button. The item will be removed from the shopping cart.

Step 2: Logging in/ Create an account (if desired, you can skip this option and pay directly)
When you have added all the products you want to order to your shopping cart, you can click on pay button. If you are already registered in our customer database, you can log in to your personal account. If you are a new client, you can first create a personal account at Zwembad.eu or the account will be created automatically during the payment process.
As a registered client you get an overview of the customer data known by us after logging in. If those data are not correct (anymore), you should change them to complete your order. As a new client you should insert all the necessary client data to complete your order.

Step 3: Selecting the sending method
The possible sending methods are shown. Those can differ according to the kind of order. You can also choose for ‘Pick up’ in one of our collection center.
Choose for ‘Cash on delivery’ if you want to pay the amount due to the postman.

Step 4: Selecting the payment method
The possible payment methods are shown. Those can differ according to the kind of order. You can also choose for ‘Paying in advance’/ ‘Prepay’, ‘Paypal’ or ‘Paying iDeal’.



Step 5: Order completion
To complete your order, you first have to accept the general terms and conditions of Zwembad.eu. If you click on [CONFIRM]/ the confirmation button, your order will be processed. You will receive an order confirmation by mail from us.
 

After you have placed your order by clicking on [CONFIRM]/ the confirmation button, the order will be send to the sales department and you will receive automatically a confirmation mail.

If you haven’t received a confirmation mail within one hour, something has gone wrong. The most common causes are a spam filter which blocks the email or an incomplete processed iDeal payment. In such a case we recommend you to contact us by email or via contact form. Please mention as much as information possible concerning your order or payment.

Package shipment:
When you have chosen for ‘Paying in advance’/ ‘Prepay’, you pay the amount of your order, including transportation costs into our account. As soon as your payment has been processed, you will receive a payment confirmation. We kindly request you to arrange for payment of your order within one week. Products in stock are set aside for you during a period of one week.

Once we have received your payment and the order has been processed, the product will be send to you. On this moment you will receive an Order Update after which you will receive a separate mail with the DPD Track & Trace code and a direct link to a website on which you can follow the shipment.


Exceptionally, we send your products directly from the supplier to your home address. The transportation will then be carried out by the transporter which the supplier usually contracts. This transporter generally is DHL or GLS.

Products in the spare parts catalog are shipped to you directly by the manufacturer. That’s why other rules apply to these products, than to the standard products that we sell in our webshop.

Minimum order amount
For products in the spare parts catalog, we require a minimum order amount of €45.

Example: if you order a spare part of €20, you will have to pay a surcharge of € 25 so that your order amount meets the minimum order amount of €45. In addition, you will have to pay €15 shipping costs. So, you will pay a total amount of €60.

Shipping costs
The products in the spare parts catalog are shipped to you directly by the manufacturer. That’s why we are obliged to charge you for the shipping costs, which we will have to pay to the manufacturer. These shipping costs amount to €15 per order.

Delivery of liquid Chlorine, liquid pH- or liquid pH+

Delivery at home is possible, but at a surcharge of 20 euro, independant of the total amount of your order. Deliveries are only taking place in Flanders, not further than 30km from our shops and with a delivery delay of 3-4 days and only in the period mid march-august (outside this period the delivery delay may be longer).
