SHIPMENTS : CARRIERS ARE BEHIND SCHEDULE

Orders confirmed by e-mail, will be delivered. At this moment, orders can still be processed from our warehouse, as usual. As soon as your order has been packed by us, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail. With this number you can follow the shipment.

Due to increasing volumes, carriers have difficulties to process deliveries. The deliveries are delayed by 3 to 4 working days.

Our customer service department may also need more time than normal to respond to your question. We ask for your patience regarding delivery information. You will automatically receive the necessary information as soon as it is available.

For technical questions/manuals we advise you to first download the (.pdf, Word...) file at the bottom of the product page. Chances are that you will already find the necessary information.
