Payments through our webshop are automatically processed by payment provider DocData Payments.
When you place an order in our webshop and choose to pay by bank transfer, DocData will send you an e-mail containing the data you need to use for the bank transfer. When you pay in advance, you need to transfer the total amount of your order to the bank account number of DocData as mentioned in the e-mail. It is important that you add the reference in the field 'payment reference' on your bank transfer. If the payment reference is not filled in correctly or is missing, DocData will not be able to link the payment to your order, causing a delay in the delivery.
